20.7.14 Aunty Christina
I've known this beautiful darling of a woman since we were just 8 years old! It makes my heart all big and fuzzy thinking about our childhood and the wonderful memories we have made together. Christina and I have been separated by a whole big bunch of water for a lot of our friendship, now we are on the same hunk of land again. I can't wait to make more memories and laugh more laughter and the best part, this time Charli gets to join us and have this amazing lass in her life too :)
16.5.14 Well Hello Mark III
This day, this gloriously wonderful day, was when I took my first photograph on my new darling marky Mark III. Charli was clearly as estactic as I!
30.4.14 Getting Lost With Josh
On this day, (which now seems so long ago) my brother, my loin fruit and myself piled into the car and we headed on up to the Sunshine Coast. We visited the Eumundi markets where I got a Bonzai tree (who has now passed due to my recent trip home). We then decided to visit the glasshouse mountains, which I have heard so much about. Josh navigated while I drove...and drove past the sign to the glasshouse mountains... and drove some more until we finally found ourselves at on a very industrial look street at Glasshouse Mountains PTY LTD. Needless to say, Josh has quite fantastic navigational skills, so we found a beach instead :)

'Water Baby' 29.4.14
Oma and Josh have flown over from the mighty New Zealand to spend a little under two weeks with us. You went in for a cuddle with Oma as soon as you were unleashed from the ergo, I can not tell you how glad and happy that made me. Some times I get nervous you won't form strong bonds with our family and friends being that we live in a different country, but baby you prove me wrong! You had such a blast right from word go with these two! We went to south bank for a splish sposh and a coffee. You quite enjoyed the water and hanging with uncle Jbird, with one documented exception ;)

'Love & Byron' 19.4.14
Byron Bay, you glorious piece of work! We unkowingly chose the busiest weekend to experience Byron as being easter, it was the blues fest. With people everywhere and loads of traffic, it really was still so peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Charli bear is without question a water baby and I am very much smitten. On Saturday afternoon we headed to the beach, little did I know I would return an engaged woman. At sunset, while I was taking photos this beautiful man got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, I of course said yes.
